Return Process

  Place the pet costume or accessory in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring it is free of pet hair and debris.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
